Is this a good amount of exercising for 15 year old girl?

I'm 15, weight 142/143, and I am fairly muscular. I'm trying to get lean muscle and I used to be unheatlhy when I was younger so I am trying to quicky change that. Will this make me muscular or lean? This is what I currently do:

Daily:

- 45 crunches
- 35 bicycle crunches (I add more as time goes by)
- 30 side crunches on each side
- 20 lunges (add more as time goes by)
- 20 squats (add more as time goes by)
- Jump rope for about 2 or 3 minutes, as much as I can do

Then every three days I do a plank for a set time goal, and add 5 seconds each time until I can't hold up any longer. I eat a lot of snacks and junk which makes me want to work out more. I do a lot of walking, too. During the summer I did jogging at the gym at yoga, but with school not so much. I recently added to the quantity of some of my workouts. I try to do the workouts everyday but sometimes I'm not in the mood or too busy, but that doesn't happen too often. Will this help me get a great figure? Is it too much, too little?
