Is this a good amount of daily exercise?

I'm thin, pretty average sized i guess. 4'11" (very short for almost 16) and I vary from about 106-110 pounds. I'm not insecure about my weight but I want to build some muscle and tone up for summer. I want more muscular arms, thighs, calves, and a little bit of ab definition. I plan to go on a jog every night around my neighborhood (it's somewhere between a 1/2 mile and a mile: maybe .7?) 50 crunches, 50 leg lifts (each leg) and 50 reps (each arm) with a 5 pound weight. I did this last night and it felt alright, is this a good amount of exercise? Not too much or too little?
