After I did the mission where Cesar calls me and I discover that Smoke and Ryder were part of the conspiracy in murdering Moms and I had to race over to Sweet to stop the ambush by the Ballas gang, I noticed something weird. When I went back to my neighborhood where I live in Moms' house, I saw that the Ballas took over the whole neighborhood. Theres no area territory colors showing up in the map but everywhere I go theres either a Ballas or that Yellow gang (i 4got its name). Theres no one part of my gang (no green guys walking around) anymore. So is this a glitch or do I have to do a mission in the future that brings them back in the neighborhood?

The name for the yellow gang member is "Los Vagos",and is not a glitch it's part of the mission because you're suppose to leave Los Santos for good and Ballas & Vagos are connected with ten penie,and because Smoke and Rider sold 'em out.
Yeah it's weird how you can't find your turf areas,after Cesar Vialpando call CJ telling him about the bad move that his homies are doing to ruin the Grove street gang.
Well you're not suppose to come back after that call,so can be glitch too.
GTA world is full of absurd glitches after all.
Like when you cut CJ's head off with the katana sword and he is still able to be walking wtf??
Or when you go to the other city with the jetpack haha so weird.
I still remember when i was gainig all the turf areas in Los Santos and i was able to get an extra area way off of Los Santos barrios.
Oh yeah after you complete San Fierro city & Las Venturas city then you'll be able to come back to Los Santos and fight for all your "hoods"
But i love when he come back with Woozie Moo's men and try to gets Madd Dogg's Crib back so awesome.
