Is this a girls fashion trend?

Theres this girl at my university who really likes wearing sweatshirts/hoodies. She constantly pulls up the sleeves which look quite bunchy, but one always falls down because she has quite skinny arms, leaving just the one up. Yesterday she said she thought it looked quite cool, does anyone else think this or is it annoying?

Sure it is if yur working on something messy. I do it sometimes, if u have a rlly ugly sweatshirt on, (i used to go to a uniform school..) it makes it look better. But its not a trend.

I don't think its annoying and I don't really care, but it's not a "girls fashion trend" for sure! Sloppy looks are never really trendy.
