I realize that asking if this is a scam should be an indication that it is in fact a scam but..here goes.
So.. I have had some financial issues and have found myself looking to payday loans and other financial options to get by.. now.. i got a call from the whole Government Grant folks and first thought was.. "Scam." But after speaking with the individual...It became apparent that I didn't need to pay any fees and rather than give banking information, the funds could be sent to me through western union.The individual gave me their name and dept. they were working with and it seemed almost legit. It seems like a no brainer that this was a scam but...i cant help but wonder...is it really or could I trust this and get the financial help i need????
