Some guy who i dont know, went up to me, and say some bad comments about me when i passed by. So i ask him to say it one more time, and see what happens
He didnt say anything and pushed me, and i punched him.
So was this a bullying incident, cuz all he got suspended for was "taunting" not "bullying"
