Is there who is having problems with the intake manifold on their GM vehicle?

I have a 2002 Buick Rendezvous. I took it to the dealership and they had to replace my intake manifolds. This truck keeps reading out and I have to keep returning it to the dealership so they can try to figure it out. Is there anyone else who is having problems with their GM that uses Dex-Cool antifreeze? Need advice on what to do about my car.
 
i see a problem first your going to a dealership and not a shop and out of driving 40 yrs and working on cars myself and at shops not many if any time ive had to replace a intake unless i was added preformace to a motor that one would one would go bad stop going to dealer which is highest place and least likey to find problems
