My Question is...

IS THERE ANY LAW OR ETIQUETTE SUCH AS "OUTRANGING MODESTY" OF DUMB ANIMALS?
OR CAN THE "INTELLIGENT" MEN OUTRANGE THE MODESTY OF OTHER UNINTELLIGENT/DEFENSELESS BEINGS?

This is an innocent yet a silly question asked by my kid.
I will try my best not to be hipocrite when adressing to his question.

Help me please...
Thanks "chris at hornchurch"...
You said "discomfort feel unwanted or unwelcome attention" by animals may be addressed as "outranging modesty" in purest term.

But how about the "pain & suffering" enforced by human towards non-human beings?
Just for a more “general” context when apply across the “species” when addressing an intelligent human and non-intelligent beings. If animal does not feel shame of modesty, how about a child or any mentally retarded person who does not shame of modesty as well? No, this is just an example, lol.

law is a rule used by man so not applicable but IF an animal suffers stress or discomfort and can be seen or acknowledged to 'feel' unwanted or unwelcome attention then yes . it is doubtful if it applies to unintelligent life forms as they being unintelligent would be unaware of any such 'feelings' or emotional content.
defenceless animals being the significant issue.

Do you mean outrage? Outrange means to exceed in range, and Modesty? Animals don't have modesty. You have to have a sense of right and wrong as well as the ability to feel shame.

That is why I and at least one other person don't understand the question.
