Don't worry, just remember Droid does anything.
Here are two I found,
Note Everything
A note (notepad) application where you can create text-, voice- and paint-notes. Your notes can be organized in folders. You can create shortcuts on home, send notes, use live folders & much more! Pro version add-on adds this & more features to Note Everything: Photo notes, Checklists, Durable checklists, Reminder, Encryption (password protection), Stick notes to status bar, Full backup to SD-card, Imports your Palm/Outlook Memos.
Evernote
Evernote turns your Android phone into an extension of your brain. This award-winning app lets you remember and recall anything that happens in your life. From notes to ideas to snapshots to recordings, put everything into Evernote and watch as it all instantly synchronizes from your phone to the Web to your PC.
I don"t have an Android phone yet (I'm waiting on the HTC EVO) so I can't make a recommendation,
but I know lots of people use Evernote on their computers so I imaginge the app would be pretty decent as well, on the other hand Note Everything sounds pretty good to me, it has a free version and a Pro version so it's up to you whichever makes your life easier.
