Let me explain:
I have a sweet little dog with a nasty little habit: she enjoys chewing the corners of floorboards. I just moved into a house and all the floorboards and doors are painted beige. The dog has already gotten onto a couple of the corners.
I know that I'll have to repair the corners using wood putty and sandpaper. But I don't want to have to re-paint ALL the floor boards and doors because of a couple of corners. I also want the paint to match.
The previous owner left me some touch-up paint for the walls, but not the trim.
Is there a plain-old beige I can buy in a paint store? Or is everything other than white a custom color nowadays?
Any advice?
