Is there something wrong with me? Lately my palms and feet have become really sweaty?

Hi please help me.. im soo worried..
is this a sign of diabetes?
for about 1-3 days now.. my palms and feet having been feelin weird.. they are really sweaty and I thought it must be because its summer where i live... sometimes they are fine.. but ive never felt like this before... my feet are sticky and so are my hands and are just really sweaty..

is there a simple explantion for this?
should i be worrried??
is it a sign of diabetes?
