We have some guys who race around our area late at night when they're drunk and they speed enough to leave skid marks on the road. We've contacted the police, but they never really did anything. Is there anything we can do? I'm not really partial to going outside and taping them, since they run into other houses and cars a lot. I prefer staying alive.
