I've been hanging out with him since October 2008 at a small liberal art college. We hang out just us, flirt, tease each other, etc. He is always saying we should go to this restaurant or go to this bar but he never asks me straight out. Also, he wants to take a road trip this summer(just us). BUT he hasn't made a move and can be moody sometimes to the point where he can be rude.
