I purchased an item on E-Bay and 2 days later they sent me an e-mail saying they had pulled the ad and if I had paid for it to go to the resolution center to get a refund. Then they started the "just wait" proceedings on me. I have waited 5 weeks for the refund and have received nothing but give the seller 7 days to respond letters. This totally sucks and I want to complain to someone other than E-Bay.
Is there some way to complain about E-Bay Not honoring their buyer protection plan?
