Is there sleep in my future?

Wow --Detox from OXY is NOTHING like hydro. This is crazy. I have to be real careful on my temptations to get peace at night. This is getting crazy. I am 5 nights now without a single stretch of normal, non-medicated sleep. max 3 hours. This is killing me. I am still on the right path. I had a tylenol 3 which has some codeine in it. I KNOW its a narcotic, but I have always HATED codeine and it really has taken off the edge and I will be careful with it. I only have a few any way. Will tonight be the night. Time will tell. I do feel a little bit better each day. I guess that is the point. I have a WHOLE bunch of work coming up so this better get over soon.

OMG, FC, that is so frustrating....that has to be the worst part. I am so miserable if I don't get my sleep! One night I laid awake for hours and hours, only to realize the next day I forgot to take my Arabien. So that'll be my next battle, after the Oxy taper.

Anyway, I am so glad to hear you're hanging in there! When I did a quick detox from methadone 30 years ago, I went through the same thing with the no-sleep, plus I was freezing even though it was 90 degrees.
