no dvd burner please

i just want to tune and record digital broadcast tv

I'm not an expert, but my guess would be to look at walmart or ebay products, then if you have no luck with those suggestions, call up your tv company or ask someone you know is good at this kind of stuff. Hope this helps ya! lol
