Is there going to be a legalization of marijuana in Cali?

I heard there was a bill. Anyone know the status of this situation? And will other states follow if their economy starts doing well?
Didn't think about all the people locked up. Then that would be contradictory wouldn't it? Damn
 
They will try and try and try, but just like gay marriage, it will be an almost dead split down the middle with voters and it will end up staying illegal.

It's been legalized medically in Santa Cruz and the voters in this county approved having marijuana offenses be the lowest priority for law enforcement... which is why UCSC was so popular on April 20th.
