Is there genre of philosophical poetry?

"Looking at a rice stalk.
Life's questions, all solved.
Really looking, at one stalk." ~My crude attempt.

Well-known poets are philosophers and vice-versa? The closest I can think of is Nietzsche.
 
"Rotting Radiance"

Shall the world Perish
or shall the world remain alive,
shall the world prosper
where radiant wonders forever thrive.

or shall the world fall to tyrants,
Earth breaking underfeet,
shall the warring lead to rotting,
forever tainted, forever lost, returning to eternal sleep.
