is there fungus among us in my fish tank?

I have a 30gal fresh water fish tank, I changed the gravel about 5 months ago but lately I noticed this whiteish long stringy fungus growing all over the bottem of my tank. I cleaned all the tank toys and plants then stirred the gravel and cleaned it..but now its growing even more, it gets longer every day..but this fungus is not on any of my fish just the bottem of the tank and on the glass near the gravel line
 
It may very well be a fungus/parasite. Try to suck it up with a water siphon - if you don't have one, I strongly recommend it as it makes water changes a lot easier. Make sure you're not overfeeding your tank as fungus and parasites thrive from excess food. They also thrive from light, so I recommend putting a towel over your tank and leave it there for a few days, with your tank lights off. Don't feed your fish in this time, just let the parasites die off.

If the fungus is still there, I recommend stopping by your local fish store and purchasing a parasite/fungus exterminator and start the treatment immediately.
