No most good games u have to buy at a store or a online store .

Second Life is almost like the Sims online. It's comparable to habbohotel mixed with the sims. In order to really achieve a lot though (there are people who are really into it) you have to pay for stuff. You can try HabboHotel or Club Penguin (an even more juvenile game). Search around for Simulator games or role playing games. I'm sure you'll find some stuff online.
