Is there free Wifi on an LG Eve Phone!?

Well, I want this phone REALLY bad.
I'm going to get twitter on this cause it's an android phone.

So anyway..
Since there's Wifi, do you have to pay for internet on the road? Or is it free?
And I'm pretty sure it's free when I'm at home beacause..

Okay do you understand what Wi-Fi is ? its a local network therefore you have to be within range - wifi come from your router and your family pays for the internet (or you just connected to somone else's -illegal ;d)- WIFi is NOT like phone reception ; people set up their own networks , sometimes cafes etc. have their wifi open to use without codes. So you technicaly never pay for wi-fi .
