President Obama has the power to seize property, organize and control the means of production, seize commodities

If the nation escalates to "red alert," which is the highest in the color-coded readiness against terror, you will be assumed by authorities to be the enemy if you so much as venture outside your home, the state's anti-terror Will detain you
 
The FEMA camps were designed to hold half of the population.
Whichever side, Left or Right that is in power at the time will control the camps. The losers will be interned.

I hope the Left side wins.
