Is there Bluetooth software that allows me to make and take calls using my PC?

My PC already has Bluetooth and I would like to know if I can take and make calls, receive and send text etc. using my PC instead of my phone. In other words, I would like my PC mic to be the input device, and my speakers to be the listening device for my calls while at home. Has anyone done this?
