I accidently snapped the ear hook device for my bluetooth. I've been told by Radioshack (the place I bought the bluetooth from) that what i did counts as physical damage so insurance doesn't cover it. Sprint (the company my phone is from) told me I would have to buy a whole new bluetooth device and that they do not sell individual ear hooks. Is there anywhere I could buy an ear hook by itself (not online)?
