Is there anyway to Un-Mod a PlayStation 2?

Hey guys,
My First question, Is there anyway of "Un" - Modding my Playstation 2. Because I was thinking of doing that to trade it in, So I could get the New PlayStation 3 abit cheaper.
So if there is a way, Can anyone tell me how ??
