Is there anyway to permanently delete all the 'extra' folders in "my files" on Samsung S2? ?

I have folders called 'USBStorage' & 'externalSDcard' even though i don't have ny memory card in. I delete them but they come back "/ they annoy me LOL ......Tia :)
