Is there anyway i can put a block on my vodafone contract phone so i dont go

Im afraid not. Because it doesnt register your calls untill upto 72 hours after youve made them. So there is no way of stopping calls and texts because you will have gone over but vodafone will not find out for about 3 days. Best thing to do is give vodafone a call and see the possibilities of increasing your calls and texts. there will be a way of giving you unlimited texts or calls with out having to pay more. all you have to do is not back down and theyll work something out for you. hope this helps.

Yes, contact Vodafone customer services - available by dialling 2345 on your phone - and ask them to place a limit on the calls/texts you can make. I think they usually notify you by text when you are approaching this limit, obviously so that you don't get caught short with no credit just when you most need it, but it will help you manage the cost much more efficiently.
