my boyf has been in prison for an attack on an ex girlfriend (abh charge), i knew the both of them b4 all of this happened and have been told 2 different stories by each of them. The ex girlfriend says that he attacked her and smashed up a few things in the house and she dropped the charges but the police decided to press charges.
he says that she never did drop the charges. He said the night in question he had arrived at her house to find men there and they had had a row she had started throwing things and hitting him with objects and he kicked her up the bum, he said she had accused him of lots more in court but if he pleaded guilty to the charge of kicking her he would have to plead guilty to them all. so he pleaded guilty. he had 6 months but served 8 weeks.
Im confused by it all.... is there anyway I could read more into the case? Please dont judge me, i just want some honest advice.
