their mind? Stupid working style:
work late at night(go home between 21:00-23:00) until their boss go home.
inefficient way of training in junior high or high school baseball club:
1000 times knock. dangerous head sliding. Hey Hey Hey! screaming.
Must not tell his personal opinion against elders:
if does it, he will lose his job.
Too much fear on Murahachibu:
Murahachibu is a kind of situation to be outsider in his town.
From edo era, japanese accused so hard who doesn't obey what others does, think.
Every Japanese are insanely good in "reading atmosphere" and obey other people's behavior but
never try to change things which is obviously weird and out of efficiency.
Wrong self image in Japanese mind:
polite, diligent, clean, smart, wise, rich.
I dont think Japanese are polite, it seems so though. its only being coward.
