What effects does methadone have on the teeth? I know that some drugs (amphetamines, some anti-depressants) can make your mouth dry, allowing decay to advance due to the lack of saliva....but I didn't know of any similar effects from methadone. Can you elaborate? Or maybe someone else knows more detail on this.
