Is there anything wrong with ME?

Hey,
I'm 5"10 and 144lbs.
I have lost 26 lbs altogether, and during the course of my "regime," I always used to think being 65kg would make me the happiest person on Earth. Guess what! It didn't. I still feel F-A-T and HUUUGE :( And, to be honest, I personally cannot see any difference at all when it comes to the appearance of my body. I might as well have never lost any weight at all.

Is there anything wrong with ME? What do I do to make myself feel better? Anyone experienced anything similar?

there is nothing wrong with you. It may just be that you are still getting used to the 26 lbs. that you were able to drop. Honestly, don't fret! you are not alone in this feeling. I too am trying to lose weigh and feeling useless with it. Also being 5"10' it sorta sounds like you don't have a lot to lose to begin with....
I would treat yourself to something that makes you happy. Example, pedicure, new shoes, even something as simple as a long hot bath! just something to make you feel good! i know trying on clothes should never be a good answer but you could try on a dress at a store and see how good it looks on you!! :D

also i am reading Crystal Renn's book called "Hungry". She is a plus size model who shares her story of the business. It is hard to summarize but when she gets talking about her losing weight you do realize that there is nothing wrong with you it is normal to feel like this as a person. Also i listen to Paul McKenna's cd. It comes with his book "I Can Make You Thin". I highly recommend both of these books! please consider reading these (perhaps during that bath! ;) lol)

i really hope this helps you out!! just remember you are not alone!! :)

26 lbs. is alot of weight to lose so you should congratulate yourself! Perhaps you are being too hard on yourself and there actually IS a physical difference but you yourself cannot see it but others can. Ask someone you trust if they see a difference. Now how did you lose this weight? If you lost this weight by diet alone, you probably won't see the results you want but at least your body is much healthier. If you lost your weight through exercise, then keep at, you may gain some weight back but that will be muscle and muscle burns fat. A guaranteed way to get results is to combine the too and stick with it! Lastly, you shouldn't be concerned with your actual weight, you should be looking at your BMI (Body Mass Index) which is the % of your body that is made of fat. If the number turns out really high then hit the gym and don't give up! A good tip to keep your mood and motivation up is to buy yourself a nice outfit.... in a smaller size and work towards that goal. I wish you the best of luck! :D
