Okay, here is the story.
Me [21], my girlfriend Raven [20], my brother Tom [24], and his girlfriend Kacia [19], went to a pool hall which of course sold alcohol. Neither of the minors [Raven & Kacia] drank any alcohol and neither did I. However, Tom did drink 2 beers.
We had no idea that we were not allowed to bring in minors until the lady at the bar told us she would let it slide about 30 minutes after we were already playing pool. They said it was okay, as long as we left by 2:00 AM. We left at about 1:45.
On the way home, Raven realized she had forgotten her purse which contained 700+ dollars in cash. When we arrived back, the people there said they had found it and gave her purse back, however, her 700+ dollars were missing.
The bar supervisor then told us that it was in fact a misdemeanor for us to even bring minors into the pool hall.
So there are a few questions here.
1. Is it possible to catch this person?
2. Will me and Tom really get a misdemeanor for bringing them?
3. Wouldn't it in fact be a misdemeanor on THEM, not us?
