...tires which were left low, with the? full weight of the bike resting on them for several years? They had only been ridden once --and, for a short distance-- before that. I am hoping to find or figure out a way to repair them, so they aren't a total loss. The tread on them is still absolutely perfect, and there are only cracks right where they were unnaturally bent from being low & under the weight of the bike---They are cracked in no other location.
I don't know very much about repairing bikes (except how to ride them), but I have been wondering whether a product such as 'Super Glue' might work... I just don't know how it might uphold out in the weather, or whether it is flexible like the tire needs to be, or not.
In case it might make a difference, the tires are for a mountain-bike.
