Is there anything that will keep rabbits from eating a flower garden?

land mines, spike traps, garlic, hot pepper powder, rabbit head on a spike like back in jolly old england when they did something wrong.

btw fox or wolf urine works well. my mom used that and it worked
 
if I'm not mistaken you can also sprinkle dried blood (or blood meal ?)(comes in a bag like peat moss, potting soil, etc).
 
Spray the things they like to eat with Hot Pepper Wax repellent. it won't harm the plants, and it will give the rabbit "hot mouth" and will turn them off eating that particular plant.

You also might try some repellents around the perimeter - like Liquid Fence. Both products are available at garden centers.
 
.22 rifles....and you can buy those cage traps, and just twist there necks when you catch them, thats what I do
