is there anything that could make my natural blonde hair go blonder without dyeing it?

my always goes darker in the winter but usually after hols or sun it goes a lot blonder. havent had sun or hols this year so it hasnt lightened up and some red has started coming out in places. anything that could make my hair blonder without dye and that wont make the red redder?
 
I know you can use lemon juice in the summer to give yourself highlights. With some hair, you can just expose it to sun and it lightens.
