is there anything that can help heal scabs quicker?

that is safe for me to use inside my nose. i have these horrible ones up my nose (no idea how they got there) but i keep pickin at them cs theyre so uncomfortable ive had them for ages well over a month now =[

is there anything that can help them heal quicker? n what can i do to stop pickin them?

Er. I don't think you can put it up your nose.

Stop going to so many dusty/polluted areas. That should help lol
