is there anything other than fish oils to help promote good concentration?

I seem to have trouble focusing, being motivated to complete the simplest tasks and I never have been like this since about a couple of years ago and I am tired of feeling this way. I am not asking for an easy route just a route that can help me gain back my motivation. I know this is ridiculous to some but I am really desperate. I eat healthy, work out, go to work and school, but I have a hard time completing errands, school assignments, concentrating on school projects, is there something else I need to be doing?
