is there anything i can do to teach tmobile a lesson?

i send my mytouch 2 tmobile send august 25 through ups they tell me in 10 business day i will receice my phone bak..2day is the 16 i still did not receive the phone bak and anything i call they always give me a different story.or give me date that i will receive my phone bak...is there anything i can do bout this situation cause im verry upset right now and im even more mad bcuz i didnt pay my bill on time the next daii they caught my phone offf so its not fair 4 them 2 make me wait 4 that long...n if i can sue them it will b great
