About 2 years ago my ex and I had a nasty custody battle in which he and his girlfriend at the time tried to take my daughters away from me. During that time period his girlfriend attacked me while my children were in the house. I won the custody battle and have full custody while their dad gets every other weekend. He and his girlfriend broke up before the custody battle was over.
Since that time I have remarried and my relationship with my ex is at least civil. We only speak to each other when we absolutely have to, but when we do it is at least civil. I try to keep him informed about his daughters and what is going on with their lives in regards to grades, dance, acrobats, friends, boyfriends (for my teenage daughter) and other things. While we both do not like each other it has at least been easier to deal with him than it was a year ago.
Recently the girlfriend who attacked me and actively tried to take my daughters away from me came back into the picture. I do not care who my ex dates, but this particular girlfriend tried to take my girls away in more ways than one. She spoke against me to them during the custody battle, legally tried to take the girls away from me and of course she did actually assault me while my girls and their dad were in the house. I do not want her around my four girls! I do not care if he dates her, that is his business and he can do whatever he wants on his own time, but do I have any legal avenue to keep her away from my daughters on his weekend?
Thank you for any response.
