Is there anything i can do about the cops being to aggressive?

So me and bf on new years eve were driving or he was. We pulled over and just talked for a min. figuring out what are plans are for tomorrow and then what are we gonna do on valentines day. And we were eating food also. he was laying down with his head on my lap and i was just sitting there and we were talking. then these bright lights shine on us. He steps out because he thinks its some pranker and the cops yell at him to get back in the car. He does. They make him well us roll down the window and start accusing us left and right of doing drugs. He told them to search the car if they dont believe him cause we dont do drugs. he opens the door and throws my boyfriend out to search the car and doesnt find anything. Then he starts asking our ages. my bf says 18 and im like 16. Then he starts arguing with my boyfriend how we shouldnt be making out in the car. And being just an asshole to my boyfriend the whole time threatening to arrest him for like backtalking to an officer. Then as my boyfriend moved he cuffed my boyfriend to control him even though he wasnt out of control! he was just arguing with the officer because he was accusing us of doing drugs. So is there anything you can do about this?
