I just moved to Singapore about two months ago. I am 16 going on 17, and I used to dance, and I had lots of friends. Now that I have been here for a while, and settled in, I want to start involving myself with things. But I want to feel comfortable. So I was wondering if there was anything here for expats in particular. Not only expats, but teen expats?
