im an intern at a gallery in chelsea NY. the gallery is brand new and is starting up a new website. i was qualified for this job in every aspect BUT web design. so, of course my first job is to help create the website. awesome..... we're using this program/company called squarespace to make the site, but the "customizable" options they offer are garbage. specifically the image slideshow. they have one.... just one. and its horrible! the good thing is they have a place where we can add in our own CSS. (im assuming theres a difference between HTML and CSS....) either way, ive googled ways to create slideshows using html, and i feel like i can read and write in russian easier than i could read or write this code. (i know 2 words in russian by the way, just trying to illustrate the level of heinousness this is)
so ive been looking at all of these "easy to do" ways to make the slideshow, and im coming up with nothing. im looking for anyone who can help me via email or IM. my email is [email protected]
