Is there anyone I could complain to at this college?

Hey, I recently was at my future college for a day for picking my classes, and the whole day sucked. There was so much wrong with the planning and such it was pathetic. They handed out schedules from like 20 days ago, I was constantly kept late because they went to slowly during some of the presentations, etc.

Also, they clearly only wanted to impress the parents. My parents got both a breakfast AND a lunch buffet. Me and my friend only got one slice of pizza each.... and we couldn't even eat lunch together. They broke us off into groups where a student at rutgers led everyone in a get-to-know-you game...
Furthermore, the way they made us choose classes was stupid. They didn't really explain much of anything, only suggested what you should take, etc. Apparently they're also trying out a new program but that we shouldn't worry about it... I don't really have a clue. They also pissed me off because a couple of months ago they were saying they accepted 3's on the AP exam and now apparently they were lying and only accept 4 or 5's...

Finally, they tried to justify it by saying that "oh we only had 1000 kids register and there's about 1200-1500 (the number they used also constantly changed, they couldn't keep a story straight) kids who came"... like what's the college that ACCEPTED those 200-500 stupid enough not to register?
Like it was frankly the most pathetic event I have ever been to for a while (like I've seen more pathetic things but to think this was put together by a COLLEGE, and apparently the one EVERYONE told me to go to....).

I'm wondering is there anyone who I could complain to in a college that would actually give a rats ass about how horribly they failed? I mean, it looked and felt like it was put together by a team of preschool teachers and teenagers high on pot. This event ALONE makes me nervous about going to college... not because i think i'll be stressed out by the workload or anything but just because I feel I'm going to fail because the professors, teacher assistants, and students all did worse on an I.Q. test than a tree stump.
