I need advice on a school matter for which i have no support and is really stressing me out.
It's regarding certain members of staff victimising my son and allowing other children to physically and verbally abuse him. There are witnesses, though the school do their best to cover this up and instead label my son as a liar and troublemaker.
The Education Department will not help either as they always defend the schools and if a parent dares to complain then they are never taken seriously.
I am not a very outgoing person and do not shout etc, so i find that these people are taking advantage and think they can get away with this abuse.
My son is now very anxious and is scared to attend classes that these staff members teach in. I have tried the legal route and all they suggested was that i move him to another school, which the current school would not allow me to do, stating that it would be detrimental to his education!
