Is there any where online to buy the Samsung Rogue without a new contract?

Besides Ebay and Amazon. I have the LGEnV2 and it's crap. Always turns off on me, 70% of the buttons don't work or stick. This is the 4th EnV2 I've had this year and I've only had my contract for a year. So does anyone know where I could get the Samsung Rogue for cheap online? Thanks in advance!
