is there any ways to boost DSL connection for netflix?

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this, I have DSL internet and I watch netflix on my xbox 360 and I have problems with it always being at two or three baars of image quality.. now I know with cable internet you can watch movies in full HD but I was wondering if anyone knows thats possible the DSL. THANKS!
