Try this:
Plug your iPhone into your PC.
Go to "My Computer".
Right-click "Apple iPhone"
Click on "Explore"
Once you navigate to the folder that contains photos, select all (right click anywhere, click "select all") and hit the delete button on your keyboard.
I don't know for certain this will work, but it's highly likely.
Let me know if it works, as I am curious to know.
