I have been a customer for over 5 years. I always paid for insurance and over the 5 years never made 1 claim, a few months ago my phone was stolen which I then had to claim my insurance, t-mobile then charged me £45 for this (not including postage etc) and sent me out another HTC (2nd hand) which I was extremely unhappy about 2 weeks after receiving the phone I read a txt and then connected my phone charger I placed the phone back down as another txt came through but when I tired to read it the screen was black!! t-mobile said there was a tiny crack on the screen underneath and too much pressure can cause this i.e phone being in my back pocket and keys etc could cause this. I never have my phone in my back pocket nor would I be silly enough to put keys or sharp objects along side it, it was also in a thick leather cover so impossible and not a single mark on the phone.
They now refuse to give me a new phone unless I pay another £85!! I have now been without my phone for 3 months and still paying my bill every month. can anyone pleas give me any advice?
