is there any way to find out about tmobile cell number from tmobile representative?

hey!! i was wondering if i can find out this number ...like i do have their name and last 4 digit of social... ok the story is my bro told us he got new phone even though he is still in contract with t-mobile but he told us he got one phone but when i called today they said they are two lines not one.. but they wont give out phone number to me ... so is there any wai i can trick them and get some info about second line... i do have first line number but i just wanted to know who have second line and whats the number..... please helpp thanks
