Is there any way that you can change a regular text e-mail [and photos] to HTML codes?

I got an e-mail in my regular account that I want to share with people on my friends list on Myspace but there is no way to do so without HTML codes. Is that even possible? I hope that's not a stupid question.
I want to share pics and a message.
